23.01.2022 Where is my order? During the current COVID crisis there has been significant delays to shipping lines and we greatly appreciate your patience thus far. We have been doing everything we can to ensure we get our amazing feeders into Australia and before Christmas, while a lot of retailers might have empty shelves. We want to make sure we get our feeders out there for you!... We can confirm our latest shipment is boarded onto a ship in China and should be on its way to us as we speak. we really do appreciate your patience during these delays. Have you placed your pre-order yet? as its our first order of trays there is very limited stock so get in now to avoid disappointment. www.seedmate.com.au... If you have pre-ordered, we want to ensure your tray fits perfectly with your feeder so we would like you to perform a quick little compatibility check for us with your large feeder. Please lay your feeder on its side and using a ruler like in this image, take not of the measurement of the gap where the tray would sit. see the attached image. on this image the gap shows a measurement of 9.4cm. Please send us an email at [email protected] with your feeders measurement so we can ensure each tray will fit perfectly. Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
