12.01.2022 When I read this today on my insta feed it resonated so quickly with me .! Parenting Perfection is greater than ever now. We spend forever teaching our children that there’s no such thing as perfect , yet we judge ourselves when we can’t do it all !! Slow down Mumma , slow down Daddy.

10.01.2022 Saying sorry to your child when you have treated them poorly or hurt them accidentally is critical to their self worth.! If you want a connected relationship with your child don’t push their feelings aside , don’t mock their feelings and make sure say sorry when you should.
