22.01.2022 While in Quarantine in October 20, I was lucky enough to meet some other really lovely returning Kiwi's. One such person was Darren Osullivan. And although we w...ere always masked up, and 2 metres apart, we were able to connect and communicate while out in the fresh air, pounding the car park. Recently Darren read, Poured me a glass of Life , and without telling me, ordered online 10 books plus postage paid, only then asking me to pay it forward and gift them to people who I felt would benefit from reading the book. He felt the book shone a much needed light on what the families and friends of those suffering mental health /addiction went through. Together we agreed to offer the books, plus I added 10 extra e-books to a wonderful FB group called Brave Hearts NZ. Set up over 4 years ago as a support network for families and friends etc who are standing by supporting their person struggling with mental health/addiction. The books and e-books went in minutes. Your quiet generosity Darren, has been gratefully received by many, and the ripple is continuing. Kindfullness and connection does make the world go around.

Currently due to circumstances around Covid 19, I have had to pause Seeking Solace operations until such time as the boarders reopen and we are free to travel to treatment facilities around the globe that offer those suffering from Mental Health and Addiction are chance to change their lives. This doesn't mean that help of any kind is paused, I have clients connected by means of Zoom and Skype, and WhatsApp, to a highly respected Clinical Psychologist, Dr Ga...vin Jones. Gavin is working with people all over the world, helping them understand who they are and where they have come from, to help them find where they truly want to go.
