14.01.2022 So, I finally started a blog. The first and only post thus far was largely about the then upcoming summer solstice and celestial happenings at this time and it therefore may seem outdated already but, I thought to share it anyway as it feels, to me, that some big shifts have taken place. The magic of ritual and of collective consciousness is so deeply moving and transformative and I feel utterly blessed to be alive at this 'time' - though the concept of time doesn't really mean much anymore, to me. 11.01.2022 Sometimes we can feel awkward when a person dies, especially a very young person, not knowing what to say to the loved ones left behind. It is never easy. A kind word, however, a hug, a home cooked meal - saying or doing something to acknowledge the life that has moved on in form, is usually helpful and appreciated. No matter what awkwardness you feel, the close friends, family and partners left behind, will generally be struggling far more than you. Help them to not feel so alone, by reaching out and honouring their loved one's memory, with love

11.01.2022 I hope you are all doing well, keeping the faith and looking after I've another I'll be honesty, I've been swinging between love, gratitude & service and being super triggered over the past few months. Owning it and doing my best to 'rectify' or at least apologise where needed, to accept and release where needed, to go deeper, always, and most of all to go gently. It's a massive time of transformation, if we choose it to be. There is so much going on, individually and colle...ctively. In my experience, the best place to do the work is within. May your inner love, learning and light shine out into the world no matter what the world circumstances try to put upon you. It is up to you how you embrace, deny or manage it. It ain't always easy, that's for sure! But we can make it easier by taking care of ourselves and also, by taking responsibility. One of my favourite quotes is, "Even if it wasn't your fault, it is your responsibility." So true. We are all facing and creating this experience together, and together we will get through this. Some of the things that kept me sane this year were regular walks in nature, learning and upskilling through online courses, working out and dancing at home or in the local park (yes, that raised some eyebrows - and encouraged people to smile), and starting that veggie patch, finally.
