12.01.2022 It's happened!!! The highly anticipated re-opening of the Cauliflower Hotel. This was 'the' local, and a well-loved institution already when I moved to Waterloo over 7 years ago. It went down the tubes over the years, but the new owners have done a cool refurb, with recycled wood paneling, vertical gardens, local craft beer on tap, and a great bistro. I just tried the 'Boozy Cheeseburger', it's all about the brioche bun, was delicious!!!
