25.01.2022 Trying to get a new puppy run kennel up and going but Mr Green had other ideas.... he was attracted to the hammer.... and was persistent! The Cash x Zena puppies are 6 weeks old thia Tuesday and off to the vet for health check, vaccinations and microchipping tomorrow! Selection process is coming up soon....

20.01.2022 The rottweiler world lost an important member of its community..... RIP Thomas Webber. Thomas was the person behind the very successful "working" kennel of von Turnleberg! I had the opportunity to correspond with him a few years ago, but I do wish I had known him better. The von Turnleberg lines are found in Seeuferhause pedigrees through Clyde vom Tanneneck (sired by Ulix vom Turnleberg), many downline of Rasmus von Turnleberg (imported to Australia by Siegertal Rottweiler...s) and of course Bluelady vom Checkpoint Charlie who is linebred on Max von Turnleberg. The Turnleberg kennel has been a significant influencer for the working rottweiler community across the globe. The loss is tremendous. A special note of thanks to Siegertal Rottweilers for being the first to introduce the Turnleberg lines into Australia.

19.01.2022 Peter works in law enfornvement in Canberra, and Ronin (Seeuferhause Sovil Castro) is his personal dog (not work dog). In an effort to improve his knowledge and performance Peter has enlisted the help of a specialist coach from the USA. The coach will provide feedback and tips to improve Ronin performance on the tracks. Great job Peter... looking forward to seeing the improvement!... Tracking is an awesome activity to do with your rottweiler.

Seeuferhause Sovil CALI, NOVA & INKA all received clear results for their DNA testing - that means these girls are all clear of all hereditary issues that can be tested for, including JLPP. We will continue to test all breeding stock to ensure we make informed decisions related to breeding.

18.01.2022 Cash x Zena litter, 3 weeks old This is the first time I have surprised these little guys with noise and commotion to wake them up.... its intended to startle them and allow me to evaluate their instinctive responses.... they seem alert, and bold.... good reaction! Individual photos of each puppy will be taken and posted in the next couple of days.

15.01.2022 Whilst the COVID pandemic is wreaking havoc all over the place, its provided us the opportunity to hand raise 2 special puppies. They have one thing in common.... they were rejected by their mummas and were adopted by Elena! The silver lining to the storm that saw Elena having to close her business for a couple of months.... Elle hand reared these little guys and did an awesome job.... she had a little help with Vinnie; from me and Jo Plochacki, but The ZOHAN was raised exc...lusively by Elena! Vinnie is the only pup out of the litter from Arkan von Checkpoint Charlie x Bluelady vom Checkpoint Charlie (aka Chilli), and he now resides with Shane Asanuma. Shane trains with Metro Sportdog Club, in Brisbane. Ammo is the only pup out of the litter from Seeuferhause Sovil Butch x Seeuferhause Sovil Nova, and he now resides with Rachel Wellington. Rachel trains with Melbourne Sportdog Club. I love that both of these exciting prospects are living in working homes and Im really looking forward to watching them grow and achieve great things in the sport dog world. They both hold a special place with our Seeuferhause family because of the time and effort put into raising them.... thanks Elena & Jo! And.... go Shane & Rachel.... do great things!!!!

Sanehause CEENA BH, TR1 ***** ALL CLEAR ***** You can see a sample report below for the number of items tested under the "full DNA" profiling. This is an important part of proving the integrity of the breeding stock - it adds another stage of testing and complexity to the practise of breeding, but its worth it - it means we are not flying blind on conditions which you cant see! It should be pointed out that the full profile testing is not mandatory; but it matters.

13.01.2022 Our little man "Seeuferhause Sovil ZOHAN" is learning the discipline of tracking. ZOHAN is from the Cash x Zena litter and he is progressing nicely. For those interested, this track was about 35 paces long, one piece of food in each step and wide right hand corner. We had the wind at our back to begin, and then across the track after the corner. I am helping ZOHAN with some leash pressure when he is distracted or comes off the track which is then relaxed soon as he is back t...o work.... he is responding really well. ZOHAN completed this track yesterday and another longer one this morning successfully.... he is a promising prospect... Lets hope I can fulfil my end of the deal and keep his training consistent and regular enough to achieve some decent results. "Dont mess with the Zohan"

12.01.2022 "The family thats eats together, stays together!" Lunch date for Ziggy and our boy ZOHAN! ZOHAN dropped in to Ziggys place to deliver his food for the week and Ziggy asked him to stay for lunch! ... Ziggy and ZOHAN are from the Cash x Zena litter and are now 10wks old. Handsome pair of young fellas!

12.01.2022 This is BOSS! Boss is out of the 2019 litter sired by Seeuferhause Sovil BUTCH and out of Seeuferhause Sovil SNOOKIE. The puppy photos are from 2019 before Boss went to his new owners and the adult photos were taken this afternoon.... I received a call from the Melton pound last week informing me they had collected a rottweiler and if I could help locate the owner. I provided the contact details of the owner and also called them to advise their dog was in the pound. I received no return call..... a few days later the council called and confirmed that the original owner had on-sold the dog and provided them with the new owners details. Turns out the owners had no interest in bringing Boss home so the council asked if I would take him back.... gimme 2 secs.... fuck yes! We breed them, we take responsibility... for life! Boss is back here at Seeuferhause and seems a nice energetic, open and social dog. Great nerves, and confidence which sees him adjusting well to a new environment and new people.... I will work with Boss over the next few weeks to evaluate him further and it is possible we will seek expressions of interest for a new home in Melbourne for him. If anyone out there is keen to be considered, shoot us a mesaage and we can go from there. Welcome home Boss!

07.01.2022 These puppies (1 male & 1 female) are from the litter sired by Seeuferhause Sovil Butch and out of Seeuferhause Sovil Samira (aka Letty) They are 6 weeks old, and will be vaccinated and microchipped next week in preparation for meeting their new owners. This was Letty's first litter and she did a great job raising these little guys!
