21.01.2022 As of the Monday 22nd of June we will be back training in the Dojo!!!!! There will be some restrictions on the amount of people in the dojo and what the training will involve. Basic sanitation and distancing rules are a must, until rules a relaxed further. But at least we are nearly back training with each other. Can't wait to be back soon. Osu! Senpai Phil.

20.01.2022 Osu everyone! I hope everyone is well and are still training. Just an update on classes. We have moved classes to a digital format. Using an application called Zoom. Contact me if you would like to participate in any class. Junior classes start back on the Thursday 23rd of April, slight schedule change. Like many others we have been forced to adapt to the circumstances we find ourselves in. Training goes on.... Classes are: Adults- Monday & Thursday 1830-1945. 20.01.2022 Class schedule back to normal on Thursday!!!! Also juniors classes resume as of Thursday!!! Classes are: Monday- Juniors- 5:30-6:20pm. Adults- 6:30-7:45pm.... 14.01.2022 Osu everyone! As of today all classes are cancelled. I know many were looking forward to their gradings this week but the health of you and your family and friends is more important. I don't know when we will be back. But we will be back when it is safe to do so. So watch this space. In the mean time, don't stop training!! 06.01.2022 Don't forget that classes are back ON!!! All Adult and Junior classes on Monday and Thursday are running as usual. Saturday classes will make a triumphant return after the school holidays. Its good to be back at the Dojo!!! Osu!!!

02.01.2022 We are back in action (kinda)!!! Karate on the streets! We are taking classes out doors! Until we are allowed to reopen the Dojo, we will run classes at the multi level car park on Nolan St. The car park is approximately 100meters down the road from the Dojo. If its sunny we will be on the roof and if its cold we will be on the lowest level out of the elements. Bring weather appropriate gear for over your Gi....
