HZJ79R Built for underground Start with a second hand used HZJ79R Landcruiser tray top and then the following work is performed Chassis completely stripped and hot dipped galvanised in an attempt to prolong chassis life... Complete cab assembly stripped and resprayed in Toyota 058 White, then complete underside of cab, interior floor area, door sills, roof, windscreen A pillars, rear cab glass section and outer lower sections of doors sprayed with Raptor 2 Pack Protective Coating. The entire cab internals are then sprayed with Fisholene as an additional rust prevention measure. Galvanised steel Select 4WD (WA) underground flat bed mine specification tray. Specs to be confirmed on order. Tow points fitted front and rear with easy identification Dulux 2 Pack Marine coating applied to driveshafts, axle assemblies, rear leaf springs, complete engine and transmission assembly, power steering box and steering linkages Battery Isolator fitted where original fuel filler was for ease of access and clearly identified High mount stop tail indicators with LED worklights, reverse alarm and LED rotating Preco beacon (can be modified to suit specific site) Low level LED lights mounted to rear of tray Denso tape and/or soft seal applied to external electrical plugs to assist in protection from corrosion and contaminants Custom 3mm plate 120Lt fuel tank mounted high at rear of chassis (where sub tank normally located), uses original Landcruiser sender unit and pick up for ease on replacement in event of a failure Rebuilt 1 HZ engine assembly New genuine transmission with reconditioned transfer case assembly Rebuilt as necessary front and rear axle assemblies Complete new heavy duty West Coast Suspension front and rear New poly smart bull bar (Black) Front fender guard extensions Stainless steel door sill protectors Aluminium door trim panels Galvanised wheel rims, new tyres fitted See more
