14.01.2022 Well, it is a very exciting time for us here at Selectronic, with the move to our new production facility and head office taking place over the course of the next few weeks. We would like to advise you that our Servicing department will be closed... from Monday 2nd November and reopening Monday 16th November, however some swap stock may be available in some cases. This phased move has been designed to minimise downtime and inconvenience to you, therefore apart from limited resources on Monday 2nd and Tuesday 3rd November, Customer Service and Technical Support will be business as usual. 11.01.2022 ***SELECTRONIC CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR CLOSURE INFORMATION*** Please note our upcoming closure information for the Christmas and New Year period: - Our Warehouse and Production facility will close at midday on Friday 18th December, with our last dispatch at midday.... - Our Sales and Customer Service departments will close at 2pm on Wednesday 23rd December. - Selectronic will re-open as normal from Monday 11th January 2021. - Customer support will remain open for this period via our online ticket system only, with the exception of public holidays. Please also note that Selectronic will be having a company Christmas party from 12pm-4pm on Friday 18th December. We hope everyone in Queensland thoroughly enjoys going to watch a bunch of Victorians borrow the Gabba for a night. We're not bitter of course, it's only a 100+ year old tradition... 03.01.2022 This incredible off-grid system features a 28kW ground-mounted solar system, made up of three Fronius Selectronic Certified Primo inverters, LG Solar Australia ...panels, Clenergy AUS & NZ SolarTerrace Ground Mount racking, and a 50kWh energy storage system, using BYD Australia New Zealand batteries and Selectronic Australia inverters. Throughout the night of the fire, installation company Roland Lawrence Electrical were awake and communicating with the homeowner, Nick Turner, monitoring the solar and battery system remotely and doing everything in their power, from far-away Sydney, to make sure it did its job. The solar and storage system meant there was enough power supply to keep running a carefully designed halo watering system, that saturated everything around the house and protected it from the storm of embers that swirled around it, saving the house and those taking refuge inside.
