20.01.2022 Removal and replacement of a 8.1mtr laminated beam. Timber rot is quite common and can be prevented with additional measures. This new beam is tassie oak. The old was pine.

09.01.2022 316 grade stainless steel security screens. The open out bifold servery window required the screen to be mounted inside. Gas struts used to hold the screen in an open position during times of need.

What a great few hours to spend with the chisel and hammer. Same as the deck previously installed. Aluminium channel installed along front edge to allow for the led strip light all way around.
