01.01.2022 We aim to teach all aspects of self defence. Head instructor is 3rd dan Black Belt in karate with 20 years experience having also studied Aikido and some Jujitsu. The focus in the club is on close contact self defence with defence against knives also taught. The club has been operating for over 10 years with many karate black belts awarded to its students. Fitness and stretching/strengthening also part of the lessons. $5/hr for 2 hrs every thursday from 5-7pm.
