13.01.2022 Riverwood club had its first coloured belt grading on the night of Friday 12th April. It was great to see students from Riverwood and Bankstown demonstrate their abilities and also fantastic to see the support from the NSW clubs. Well Done!

11.01.2022 On Saturday, April 6th, Blue Belt and above students from the AFTA had an opportunity to train traditional Japanese Ju Jutsu techniques including bokken (wooden training sword) and self defence techniques.

05.01.2022 On Saturday 6th April, Blue belt and above students had the opportunity to train in traditional Japanese Ju Jutsu sword techniques and self defence. What a great event!

05.01.2022 The July senior session was a hands session allowing those who attended the chance to work on punching technique, combinations, close quarters sparring and agility. Fantastic session everyone!
