09.01.2022 One Direction at Dalby. Dalby was One Directions third time drafting and he did not let us down. He is proving to be an outstanding horse. He had 8 runs for 5 full scores, placed in the Open and the Aged event and had a run off for a cutout more then I could have asked. He just got better with every run. He has the most amazing temprement and is producing exceptional foals. Thank you so much Kimberley Sammon, looking forward to 2021.

08.01.2022 Select Sires loves good stories and loves sharing in peoples joy when they have success. We had a great call last week from a very proud owner who felt her hor...se had earned a place on Seligman Spin's successful progeny tab and we agree. Edenvale Orpheus, aka Oscar, was purchased by Kristie & Rory de Pledge as an unseen, five month old weanling to be their station sire at Koordarrie Station in the Pilbara WA. Trusting the bloodlines (Seligman Spin x Kirkbys Stud Olinda), Oscar was/is treated as part of the plant horse team, mustering and working cattle. As an 8 yo they felt confident in him as a genuinely good horse and with an extended drought putting pressure on horse feeding on the station, they decided to send him south to Ross and Angela Hall of Breakaway Stud. After just a few northern drafts previously, he commenced his first year of campaigning & just 3 drafts in to his summer break, primed and raring to go, he not only won the Lone Oak Novice (90 & 90.5) at Capel, he finaled in the Open running an 89. It's back to the station now for Oscar to resume duties, but his success will be forever be remembered on Seligman Spin's page.
