14.01.2022 That four lettered F word, You know the one.. the one that should be used as least as possible. Fine is used without even thinking when making a conversation, but that doesn’t mean it should be used to describe how you’re going or what’s been happening. Most of the time this is commonly used because you don’t think the other person would be interested even though they have gone out of their way to ask you. Did you know that on average we use I’m fine 14 times a week but ...only mean it 19% of the time. When replying it’s almost automatic oh I’m fine, thank you without even thinking about it, so when was the last time you made a conscious effort to really think about your vocabulary before answering? In my podcast labelled That four lettered F word I explore why certain words are used in our vocabulary, why we feel it’s easier to say I’m fine and why this shouldn’t be an automatic response. 13.01.2022 How often do we choose to think other people’s thoughts for themguessing what they’re thinking and not waiting to hear it for ourselves. Most often we make up our own opinions and get defensive. Everyone's reaction is different, possibly withdrawn, to come out fighting, trying to prove yourself or even to get offensive. So why do we do this? If we were to make up a different thought, a positive one, imagine how much better the outcome could be. 07.01.2022 Some people will immediately dismiss this as a trick. Some people will be in awe. Some will feel confused and some will feel like you do - whatever that is. Whatever emotions this brings up, consider it is coming from the same hidden place blockages are in your life. Whether you understand this or not doesn't matter, the golden lesson is in noticing your reaction to it and look for when you have those thoughts and feelings in other areas of your life.
