17.01.2022 Decided to tidy up some of my cake supplies disinfecting and sanitizing again as I go. Now the horrible job or resorting all those 1 use cooking cutters again lol Any other decorators have that big stash of cutters they bought for a 1 time use but are terrified to get rid of, incase next week that order comes in that you may need it for again??? Hahaha

15.01.2022 Special little treat going to the Granville State School teachers today. Who are very appreciated xo Salted caramel- half filled choc egg with vanilla cheese cake topped with salted caramel sauce, caramel fudge and caramel popcorn. Choc loaded- half filled choc egg with chocolate cheesecake topped with choc fudge sauce, choc Easter egg and gooey choc brownie.

15.01.2022 I haven’t had a lot of cake orders of late, so I have focused my creativity into the garden. In the back garden I made myself an outside hobbits inspired creating space(painting, potting flowers, hiding from the kids) with hobbit house and all In the front garden Meet my garden pot ladies. Maple, sugar and lavender. Yes I named then! Haha What have you guys been doing to keep sane staying home?

Lol Being quieter these days has allowed for me to say more than nothing or get some cake out of the freezer haha Today I have made him delicate little bite size tarts filled with passionfruit butter and half topped with a little whipped fresh cream.

02.01.2022 I have been a little quiet posting pictures of cakes lately. Here is a little catch up from the last few weeks, things starting to get back to normal, not a lot of availability for the rest of the year, being that the last few months have all been postponed to the next few. Felt so good to make a wedding cake yesterday :)

01.01.2022 I made 6 Gingerbread houses yesterday, just the start of many more over the next few weeks......I am thinking about going and buying some dinosaurs for the rest of them, this method seems so much easier hehehe annnd I love dinosaurs haha
