04.01.2022 We would like to make buyers aware of a problem we are seeing all too often. Buyers are purchasing vehicles privately without completing a PPSR. A PPSR (Person...al Property Securities Register) is to check if a vehicle is: free from debt safe from repossession not reported written off not reported stolen By not completing this check you could have your vehicle repossessed if there is money still owing. A written off vehicle is not worth the same value even though it will have passed some safety inspections. Here at All Choice we do not consign or purchase written off vehicles. A motor dealer must declare this information to a buyer and supply a PPSR with each sale. This is not the same buying from a private seller.
