02.01.2022 Well overdue for an update! Despite the rain we're off to a reasonable start in 2019, with 4 contracts signed in the first 4 weeks back at work, representing $2.5M in property. The market remains as enigmatic as it proved to be at the end of 2018 but the fundamentals stay the same - the best results come where properties are well presented, well marketed and priced correctly.
