11.01.2022 No equipment to exercise with try this. Warm up (Repeat 3 times) 1min skipping or Star jumps Run/jog/walk around your block... 12 Minutes AMRAP (As many reps as possible) - 8 Dead Lifts (Use anything for weight) - 12 push ups - 16 sit ups Repeat until 12 minutes are up 21-15-9 (1st round 21 reps of each, 2nd round 15 reps, 3rd round 9 reps) - Push press (useanything for weight) - Air squates - Wall ball Give it a go team.
