05.01.2022 Talking Ethical Awareness Three Week Course Starting October 26th @ 1pm - Part of the Sophia Sanctuary - Led by Carol Harding-Evans TEA Sessions are an opportunity to explore one's own ethics and values. Each of the 3 sessions will offer a different approach to unpacking and gaining more clarity on each individual's ethical framework. It is my experience, an understanding of one's own ethics enhances resilience and wellbeing. The sessions will include brief meditations and reflections - there is no requirement to share any personal observations, although questions will be most welcome. (The course does not seek to promote any particular Code of Ethics)
