25.01.2022 Check out a yin yoga/chakra workshop I will be presenting at the Yoga Centre Adelaide in July. You can book from the link to the Yoga Centre below. With me will be Deanne Kong from @flexyogaandmassage and together we will explore what the chakras are, what they do and where they are located in the body. We will have a yin yoga asana session where each pose will focus on energizing a specific chakra. We will incorporate a yoga nidra session and meditation with a chakra focus.... Deanne and I will be playing a range of Tibetan, Indian and Nepali singing bowls, each approximating a tone to activate a chakra through sympathetic resonance. We will also give you the seed sounds relating to each chakra as a mantra. And, as ever, I will be playing and singing live. You will not only gain a deeper understanding of yoga, and some of the more mysterious dimensions of yoga- you will leave the session energized, grounded and very relaxed.
