Iian’s approach to HSEQ is about effectively engaging staff, contractors, and third parties at all levels to achieve a HSEQ performance that is goal driven by a safety culture for the organisation; and to promote innovation, modern business safety systems and processes and constant safety productivity improvements for the organisation. Brigietta joined SEM as the HSEQ Systems Advisor. She is an experienced HSEQ Advisor with 8 years experience, having been employed in the following industries: - Environmental - Mining - Engineering & Construction Brigietta has a hands-on approach and enjoys working with people to improve safety practices, processes and cultures. Iian and Brigietta join, Shane Ritter - Safety Advisor, driving the Safety focus at SEM.
