25.01.2022 What a joy it was to join LNP President Cynthia Hardy, LNPW President Jenny Goodwin and local members to launch @kirstenjacksonlnp’s campaign for the seat of #gaven - Kirsten has what it takes to #getqueenslandworkingagain #lnpqld @lnpqld

25.01.2022 It’s great to be on pre-poll with Garth Hamilton - LNP for Groom. Earlier today Garth joined me as I announced, on behalf of Education Minister Dan Tehan MP, over $7.5 million that has been allocated to schools in Toowoomba in this round of the Capital Grants Program. These funds will complement significant non-Commonwealth funding to enhance facilities for local students.

25.01.2022 The Scott Morrison (ScoMo) Government will inject $250 million into regional Australia, encouraging more Australians to travel and experience a home-grown holiday, boosting regional jobs and local economies. The package includes a $50 million Regional Tourism Recovery initiative to assist businesses in regions heavily reliant on international tourism and $200 million for an additional round of the Building Better Regions Fund.

24.01.2022 Labor are in turmoil over energy, they have no policy, no unity and no loyalty to the families and communities who work in the Queensland coal and gas industries. Labor have made it clear, they will sacrifice regional jobs for inner-city votes. The CFMMEU have abandoned Queensland State Labor because Labor abandoned workers long ago.

23.01.2022 The PM is live now with an update on the release of Dr Kylie Moore-Gilbert

22.01.2022 The Scott Morrison (ScoMo) Government has provided $3.5 million to support the establishment of a Holocaust Museum and Education Centre in Queensland. I made the announcement alongside Queensland Jewish Board of Deputies President Paul Myers, Vice-President Jason Steinberg and Holocaust survivor Peter Baruch. It’s a cause that Ministers Dan Tehan MP, Josh Frydenberg and I are passionate about. Each year Peter tells his remarkable story to thousands of Queensland school children. The establishment of a Holocaust Museum will ensure that Peter’s story and the stories of other Holocaust survivors can be accessed by generations of Queenslanders. By learning about the past, we can help ensure this tragedy is never repeated, and build a more tolerant society.

21.01.2022 I'm so pleased to see Amy Coney-Barrett confirmed for the US Supreme Court today. At just 48 and with 7 children under 19, with her clear values and her unquestionable legal brilliance, may little girls everywhere - and lawyers everywhere - be inspired by her example. https://www.theaustralian.com.au//ffea4bc62c4e40a3e088d7f4

21.01.2022 The Scott Morrison (ScoMo) Government is inviting applications for grant funding under the Saluting Their Service Commemorative Grants Program. The program is designed to preserve our military history, involve people across the nation in projects and activities that honour and promote an understanding of the experiences and sacrifice of Australia’s service personnel. Applications close on 11 February 2021. For more information visit: ... www.communitygrants.gov.au//saluting-their-service-commemo

20.01.2022 Each year, vigils, marches and services are held to commemorate National Police Remembrance Day. This year was a little different, but we still paused to remember and honour police officers who have been killed in the line of duty.

19.01.2022 A lovely time in #coorparoo today helping our great candidate @andrewnewboldgreenslopes win over the undecided voters of #greenslopes . He’s busting to get Queensland working again! Big thanks to his generous team of volunteers

18.01.2022 Today we honour our Fire and Emergency Service workers who have died in the line of duty. We especially remember those who have lost their lives sadly and tragically over this past year. We thank you for your service and sacrifice.

18.01.2022 Last night I spoke to Alan Jones about the work the @Scott Morrison (ScoMo) Government has done to reopen and energise our economy. We also spoke about the need for workers in the horticultural sector and how JobSeekers can access the Harvest Trail Information Service to find an opportunity that suits them.

17.01.2022 The Queensland Labor Government won’t take responsibility for the increase in all types of crime in Townsville but they can’t hide from the statistics. Only @Deb Frecklington MP and the LNP have a plan to restore law and order and break the cycle of re-offending by kid crims. John Hathaway... 16.01.2022 The Scott Morrison (ScoMo) Government recognises that affordable and reliable energy is crucial to realising Australia’s competitive advantage and driving new investment and new opportunities. Today’s announcement will progress the CopperString 2.0 project to its final investment decision. It is an investment in in the future of Queensland that will provide long-term benefits for families, businesses and local communities from Townsville to Mount Isa.

15.01.2022 Owners of Driver Reviver locations across the nation can now apply for a share of $7.3 million in Australian Government funding to upgrade their lifesaving rest sites. The funding available under Round 2 of the Driver Reviver Upgrade Program will allow existing Driver Reviver locations nationwide to upgrade amenities and install new equipment. Driver Reviver sites provide a place for drivers and their passengers to stop and have much-needed safety and fatigue breaks along th...eir journeys. Applications closing 25 February 2021. Further information, including application guidelines and submissions, is available at www.grants.gov.au. In the spirit of this announcement, who could forget this catchy sing along from 2008.

15.01.2022 Queensland Labor have no understanding of how to run an economy. They didn't deliver a budget and have no plan to balance the books. A Deb Frecklington MP LNP Government will grow our economy, deliver better services and ensure Queensland becomes the economic powerhouse of the country.

14.01.2022 Hearing from the inspiring nurse @margotbiggs about her work in #Liberia at the @zontaredcliffe breakfast at @pilpel.restaurant with my hard working friends and colleagues @lukehowarth_mp and @kerriannedooley

13.01.2022 Please give your vote to this guy! @michaelhartmp has been delivering for #Burleigh and as part of an @lnpqld government he can do even more!

12.01.2022 Working with Principal Lisa of @goodsamaritancollege on the plans for the new capital grant they’ve received from the Commonwealth to expand their teaching spaces for Toowoomba students for whom mainstream education models aren’t a good fit. I can’t speak highly enough about the work that’s being done here - massively changing the trajectory of at-risk children’s lives. #thankyou

10.01.2022 A great effort with the@younglnp in #bonney for @samoconnormp today! Lots of local enthusiasm for their local member @lnpqld

10.01.2022 The Scott Morrison (ScoMo) Government is undertaking the important work of designing the appropriate scope and powers of the Commonwealth Integrity Commission. I wrote this piece for the Financial Review as to why we need to get this right and the consequences of getting it wrong.

10.01.2022 By investing in our manufacturing sector, creating new trade opportunities, improving industrial relations and providing access to affordable and reliable energy the Scott Morrison (ScoMo) Government is creating jobs now and into the future.

08.01.2022 The decision to open the Queensland Border from 1 December is great news for tourism operators but there is still more work to be done. The Queensland Labor Government’s inconsistent application of the health advice (which they still refuse to release) is hurting tourism operators when instead they need every assistance Governments can offer.

07.01.2022 Go team @lauragerbermp ! She works so hard for #currumbin and has - through sheer dedication - learned the ropes so fast. She’s got great potential. I hope locals will keep backing her energy and determination today. @lnpqld

07.01.2022 Michael Hart MP has been an excellent advocate for Baby Give Back and the important work they do. I was delighted to join him when he announced that as part of a Deb Frecklington MP LNP - Liberal National Party Government he would deliver $30,000 to fund a full-time volunteer coordinator.

07.01.2022 The PM is live now

07.01.2022 There's just 5 days until the state election. Do you know what its implications are for the future of democracy in Queensland? Read on to make sure you know before you go to the ballot box... https://www.linkedin.com//dismantled-democracy-lets-us-d/

06.01.2022 So proud of #team @lnpqld who show up rain, hail or shine (and unlike most labor people, they’re all volunteers)

06.01.2022 The PM is live now.

06.01.2022 This excellent article by Chris Uhlmann explains why the witch-hunt being led by the Tasmanian Anti-Discrimination Commission against my friend and colleague Senator Claire Chandler should make us all concerned about way these tribunals constrain free speech. Highly recommended! #iStandWithClaire https://www.smh.com.au//when-freedom-of-speech-is-in-trans

05.01.2022 Netball Queensland has launched the new NetballConnect App to make it easier for players, coaches, umpires, officials and volunteers to register and participate. Netball Registrations are now open so download the app and get involved today! https://bit.ly/PlayNetball

03.01.2022 It’s an honour to do prepoll for a candidate this good! @lauren_day_lnp you’ve left nothing in the tank and I’m so proud of the campaign you’ve run. #lnpqld #deb2020

03.01.2022 A brilliant address from the next Treasurer of Queensland () @timmandermp at the launch of the campaign for #clayfield to re-elect @timnichollsmp - real vision for this state @lnpqld

01.01.2022 Labor will cut more than a billion dollars from Queensland Health to pay for their election promises. Don’t believe Labor lies and always read the fine print. Queensland can’t afford four years of Labor’s economic vandalism. They’ve got no budget and no plan. Only Deb Frecklington MP and the LNP can #getqueenslandworkingagain.

01.01.2022 Around 17,000 women and about 150 men will be diagnosed with breast cancer in 2021. Women over 40 are most at risk with almost 70% of those diagnosed being women aged 40-69. The Morrison Government is committed to reducing the impacts of breast cancer and I am so proud to have been able to join my Federal LNP colleagues in supporting the latest edition of the Know Your Knockers Breast Cancer Pocket Guide which helps sufferers navigate their journey after a diagnosis. There is a guide for South East Queensland and another for regional Queensland, you can access them both here: https://www.knowyourknockers.com/
