23.01.2022 Just a quick update on our clinic hours for this month. The last day will be Dec 23rd (Wednesday) then we will take a short break over Christmas and New Year. We will reopen on Monday 11 of January, 2021. Please email us at [email protected] for any enquiries during clinic closure. Online booking is still available via our website!

22.01.2022 We are now offering online consultations via Skype, Zoom or FaceTime. You can continue with your health treatments in the safety of your own home. Herbal prescriptions can be picked up at our clinic door or via post. We strongly recommend our existing patients with herbal prescriptions to continue your ongoing treatments in the meantime. We have enough stock in the clinic for now but there may be major delays in freight and supply availability later on since herbal medicine is being used in Asia for COVID-19 treatments. Visit our website to find out more: www.senhealthclinic.com.au

16.01.2022 A pandemic let’s us know that life is not just about money or materialism, but how precious it is to live and be in good health. Kindness and love for one another will get us through these tough times. Please stay healthy and safe everyone! Repost from Origin's Acupuncture

15.01.2022 Hi all, Just letting you know that we've noticed a slight glitch with the appointment confirmation emails via online booking. The email will show AEST time instead of Alice Springs time (eg. if you booked for 10am the email will say 10:30am instead). Please look out for the SMS REMINDERS two days before your appointment as it will indicate the correct time which you have selected when making the booking. We have notified the technical team and hopefully it'll be resolved soon...! Sen Health

11.01.2022 In the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak, the Australian government has begun restrictions for businesses throughout the country. As an AHPRA registered allied health professional, we are considered as essential healthcare and therefore will continue to provide services for as long as possible and in accordance to the government’s recommendations on hygiene and sanitisation. If we receive an official statement from AHPRA for closure, then we will contact all clients immediately ...to make alternative arrangements. For the time being we will make some adjustments in the clinic room: - No towels or sheets will be used so the bed can be completely wiped down with medical grade disinfectants per use. - You may bring your own clean and unused towels. - The practitioner will be wearing a mask and gloves during acupuncture treatment and herb preparations. - Hand sanitisers and medical grade hand soaps are available for clients to use coming in and leaving the clinic. - Any clients who have recently returned from overseas or interstate within 14 days will not be accepted for treatment in the clinic. Clients with mild cold/cough symptoms can receive treatment but must come into the clinic wearing a mask, if not we will provide you with one. - Alternatively, online or phone consultation for herbs to assist with cold/flu symptoms or other chronic conditions can be arranged. If fever is present then we strongly recommend you to follow up with a GP instead. Your health is important to us and we are doing the best we can for your wellbeing. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

11.01.2022 As 2020 draws to a close, we would like to thank all of our clients for your support and putting your trust in us to assist in your health. Wishing you and your loved ones the happiest of holidays. Here’s to another year - 2021!

07.01.2022 Since our acupuncture appointments are always more than 15 minutes long, it is important that you use the Territory Check In App for fast and efficient contact tracing (if required). Click on the link below to download the app. On the app, just key in your details (once off) and scan the QR code upon entry to our clinic! Your info goes straight to NT Health and stored securely for 28 days. If you have trouble with the app or don't have a phone, we can also manually write down... your details on paper. We will also keep the paper-based info for 28 days. Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details Apple App store: https://apps.apple.com//the-territory-check-in/id1540705653
