23.01.2022 What a gem! Margery is far more flexible than I am and shes got a fab brain in that beautiful head of hers too. Yoga is just such a wonderful way to age more gracefully. If your 60, 70 or 80 (even 90) dont let your age or current stiffens stop you from becoming more supple or more tranquil.
