05.01.2022 A gashu was held at the Mackay headquarters with instruction from Shihan Trevor, Shihan Aaron and Shihan Zac this past weekend. If you want to be the best karateka you need to make an effort to get to these days. Look at that experience and knowledge. Very rarely will you see so many black belts in one place. Get out of your comfort zone and support these training days.... OSU!!
