24.01.2022 Just getting the word out there early for a Christmas Eve Thai Boxing session with Krongsak Lek..................6pm Wednesday night.!! I have it on good authority that a few from the past are going to grace us with their presence so I'm over the moon and hope a few others can join in on what I now expect will be a great workout and a a Christmas catch up with good ol'e friends. Spread the word and lets make this a training session to remember. :-)

19.01.2022 Another massive workout at training tonight with Krongsak Lek. Im feeling every bit of 51 :-) I think we finished off with 7 x 3 minute (some blew out to 5 minutes) rounds (lol) of friendly sparring - yeh right. Thanks for the cracked rib Ryan and thanks for letting me know I had an opening on my ribs Jesse Browning. :-) Had a ball. Started to cramp so I have taken my magnesium and are now just tucking into some Panang Thai chicken curry before heading off to bed. I can see that Krongsak has been building the training up over the last couple of months to where we are now and we are all looking very sharp as a result. Yeh :-)

19.01.2022 After being without our ring for nearly two weeks due to maintenance on the floor I am pleased to announce it is back in service just in time for Muay Thai training tonight and Boxing tomorrow night. Happy days are here again. :-)

15.01.2022 Sunday Muay Thai class sweated out some of the Christmas cheer. :-) only a small class but for those that make themselves available always go away with a smile on their dial. Jason and his two sons Zach and Talon from Pro Roughy gym in Guyra joined us as they are holidaying in Coffs. Thanks guy's for joining in, hopefully you came away with something new and above all enjoyed the experience. Thanks Krongsak for another great workout. :-)

14.01.2022 Thai boxing class this morning at 11am with Krongsak Lek for those looking for a workout. :-) the more the merrier. At least six keen lads have indicated they will be coming. Yah

12.01.2022 Pheew. Just sitting here composing myself after another massive training session of Muay Thai with Krongsak Lek. We all came away ringing wet from the session. Krongsak, Fiona and I met last Saturday to discuss training and I asked if he could break down the clinching we do in the ring each session as I for one seem to forget everything under pressure. He took this on board and last Sunday mornings class and again tonight he has done just that. The Thai's really have a multitude of knowledge in this area and we are gaining so much from the change from just free styling the clinch sessions. Libby who has been training with Krongsak in Woolgoolga came along tonight and joined in. Good to see ladies on the floor and people prepared to travel from school to school to maximise their training time with Krongsak.

11.01.2022 A little late but I wanted to comment on our Muay Thai class yesterday with Krongsak Lek. Well done to the core group that continue to train here Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings. Now that it is warming up I have to pass comment and congratulate those that continue to rock up at 11am on Sundays to sweat it out knowing they could be somewhere else. This shows true grit, motivation and dedication and it is paying off. Each class now Krongsak imparts more of his depth of k...nowledge in the art of Muay Thai Boxing which comes from his 31 years of training at an elite level. You don't win "WORLD" titles without having done the "hard yards". I speak on behalf of all of us training under Krongsak that if you are not attending one of his classes you are truly missing out. Senki Martial Arts Centre - Wednesday 6.00pm and Sunday at 11am and now at C4 MMA on Monday nights at 6.00pm. Snooze you Looze :-) What are you waiting for. See more

08.01.2022 Last call for Guyra. Departing at 3pm today. A night of Muay Thai boxing and boxing. Krongsak and I will be leaving Senki Martial Arts centre at 3pm this arvo and getting back before midnight. :-)

07.01.2022 Well it was another massive workout last night with Krongsak Lek. Only a small crew turned up to train on what was another hot and humid night. The usual 3 minutes of skip knees to start off with followed by alternating knees in a circular fashion while Krongsak tested you with the Thai pads. Bit of a stretch session and then into pad work. 3 minute rounds on the Thai pads with Krongsak definately has you gasping for air by the end of it. :-) Rotating through pairs training i...n the ring doing leg check/catching push kick routine's and Krongsak on the floor with Thai pads certainly pushes you all the way. Finished up with four 3 minute rounds of freestyle sparring and as always ten rapid kicks left and right legs on Thai pads to finish the night. Wasn't really up to training last night after working all day but glad I did it. Feel much better mentally and physically for it. :-) LOVE IT!!! See more

07.01.2022 Who would like to go up to the Gold Coast on Sunday to watch some Thai Boxing. Richard Walsh from Urban Fight Gym is promoting another show which will be the last one for 2014. Krongsak and I are heading up about 10.00am Sunday morning for a meet and great and watch what goes on and heading back the same day. Probably get back to Coffs around 9.30pm. I have three seats available for anyone who would like to join us. Let me know if you are interested by calling me on 0419 298 373. Cheers. We will be visiting Sporty's Warehouse to get some stuff before the show starts at 2pm Queensland time.

05.01.2022 Muay Thai with Krongsak Lek tomorrow night. Been good numbers over recent weeks. Great cardio workout for those wanting to get into shape for summer. All welcome to start at any time. Would love to see more females get involved to train with the couple of girl's currently training. :-)

02.01.2022 Whilst Krongsak, Fiona and I are trying to boost our numbers here at Senki Martial Arts Centre on Wednesday's and Sundays I would like to let everyone know that as of Monday last week Krongsak is now teaching Muay Thai at C4 Gym in O'Keefe Drive on the south side of town in behind the new Bunnings Store. I beleive it is each Monday from 6pm but feel free to call Chris Hellback on 0402 572 316 for more information. If your keen to train with Krongsak and learn the finer points of Muay Thai you now have three classes in Coffs to wet your appetite. :-)
