21.01.2022 Busy day in the home kitchen and garden. Picking random radishes and turning into quick pickles with homemade apple cider vinegar. Bread rolls, seeds crackers, picked the lemon tree and made some yummy lemon fennel syrup which I think will work lovely in gin.

It’s all about the green at the moment, spinach, chards, silverbeet, salad greens and herbs are plentiful. We will have plenty of empanadas Chilli beef, Shredded chicken & Spinach, caramelised onion & feta. Cheesy/ herby Quesadillas, Huevos Rancheros, Vegan Rancheros & Machacas Con Huevos all packed full of our homegrown produce.
