24.01.2022 Sensatio moving forward with caution, as we take the next step with the reopening of our industry. As we’ve all experienced, the COVID rules & restrictions are constantly evolving. Over the coming week protocols are being drafted & will be outlined on my website, under the Spa Etiquette menu, for your reference. As we are all aware, life is very different in 2020! This is reflected through all aspects of business. November & December at Sensatio will be dedicated to attending to the current waiting list of clients. I will be taking new appointments from January 2021 onwards. As Sensatio is designed for the exclusive, private & individual boutique Day Spa experience, I am able to offer the assurance to all clients that there is only ever one client in attendance at a time. There is no cross overs between clients & as Sensatio is an owner/operator business, attendance is by appointment only with limited availability due to the strict COVID protocols put in place. A phone consultation will be necessary at the time of making the initial booking, to ensure full client understanding & compliance with the COVID protocols that now form part of our industry norm. This is extended throughout your entire time at Sensatio. After each treatment a full clean of the facilities is necessary, which impacts the time available for clients. I’m excited to be back doing what I love & I look forward to having the opportunity of sharing the Sensatio experience with you.
