22.01.2022 Such an awesome experience yesterday hanging out with our family at Kyokushin Karate Gold Coast. Was an amazing day of training and very cool to catch up with some old friends and meet some new faces. We got to see the Sun rise doing what we love KARATE. It was a full on day of classes and training, I also got to catch up with the Legend John Wayne Parr this time he didn’t kick me in the head which was lovely a big thank you to Sensei’s Phil & Katie for having us. 10.01.2022 Today’s shout out goes to Nikita for her amazing personal transformation. Her original starting weight was was 142kg fitting in size 22-24 clothing, current weight 95kg fitting in 16-18. That’s a weight loss of 47 kilos! It’s been a 12 month journey and it’s only been in the last 2 months we have stepped it up and she has hit double digits! How did she do it? She’s eating more clean foods, drinking lots more water, training hard, rewarding herself on the weekends (Having a ...life) and on the right nutrition. There’s no quick fix or magic pill but here’s a tip, MINDSET. It’s a combination of finding what works for you.
