23.01.2022 Have you heard of Video Remote Interpreting (VRI)? Senses uses this technology where an Auslan interpreter may not be able to attend in person. VRI is supported on standard digital devices (mobile, tablet, laptop) and requires a telehealth or equivalent app. The interpreter listens to the speaker and then translates and facilitates communication via Auslan to the event participants.
