21.01.2022 Our head office and primary production facility are in Adelaide, South Australia. The South Australian Government has issued a six day "stay-at-home" order beginning Thursday 19 November and ending midnight Tuesday 24 November. The aim is to stop the spread of COVID-19, due to a small but concerning outbreak in the state. This means: ... Production and despatch ex Adelaide will pause for 4 working days Orders will still be received and processed Sales and technical support are still available via phone and email Finance and admin, and marketing support is still available via phone and email We expect to recommence production and despatch on Wednesday 25 November. Our Production Manager advises we will minimize impacts on our customers, at most there will be a 3-4 day delay on orders. Important: our US warehouse is unaffected and it’s business as usual for order processing and despatch for customers in North America. We will keep you informed as we continue to follow the government advice and do our part to keep our community safe.
