If you're looking at starting your day with pep in your step then try a morning routine to wake up the senses and the body's systems. Try this routine out:... 1. Don't hit snooze. 2. Get up and stretch 1-2min. Starts waking up the body. 3. Sunlight. Open up the curtains and wake up the senses. 4. Hydrate 500ml of water. Stimulates your digestive/excretory system. 5. 1min of moderate-intense exercise ie. pushups, even cheat pushups using a bench. Activates your muscles, heart and circulatory system. 6. Cold blast. In the last 30 sec of your shower turn off the hot and either cold plunge completely or let it flow over your face. Leaves you gasping. Stimulates your respiratory and circulatory system.
