25.01.2022 We are very excited about our KAS product. The joint venture with StorCo is equally as exciting. This week we completed out first installation of KAS at StoreLocal Cranbrook, Penrith. In the coming days I will have some better footage to show you of the system working. In the meantime I have attached 3 x videos that show what the product looks like and how it works (footage taken in the StorCo factory). The KAS tech & software has been proven in the motel industry for ten y...ears. What we have done is simply modify it to work in our industry. StorCo fit the brackets to the roller and swing doors alongside magnets and we install the keypad hubs, gateways and power supplies. The software is cloud based and already interfaces with SiteLink and StorMan should follow suit soon. Alongside the attached videos on page three of our brochure there is some more data http://www.storagesecurity.com.au/products-2020.pdf. Also what is a great for you to know is there is no per lock subscription fee. We understand that others are quoting $14 per door per annum as a recurring charge. The KAS software is likely to be $300 $1200 per year (facility size will depend upon this range includes support) and this is your only ongoing software and hardware charge. Costs to supply, install and commission are around $375 per door. I am looking forward to sharing more videos next week. In the meantime enjoy what I have sent and have a great week.
