22.05.2022 Seppelt House offers 3 suites, each with 2 bedrooms, dining/lounge/kitchen, own bathroom, own entry, 2 have private balconies, all have access to huge central fern-filled courtyard with BBQ's and outdoor furniture. Each suite has its own entry and can be combined via 2 sets of double doors into one huge area ideal for up to 12 people. There are two laundries, all equipment in kitchens, including full height fridges, microwaves, coffee pod machine, cutlery/crockery etc. All... linen supplied, air-conditioning. We also offer facilities for people needing equipment for a disability, the house has no steps, has wide corridors, walk in shower recesses and temp controlled hot water. Tarif: 1 guest - $100 per night 2 adult guests - $180 per night ($30 per child over 5 years) - Nil for under 5. Group Guests - $75 each person per night If staying 4 nights or over, $160 per suite (2 suites take 4 people, 1 takes 6) This amazing B&B is nestled on one acre garden property with plenty of car spaces, no arrival or leaving times.
