24.01.2022 In light of the recent announcement that we’ll be moving back to Stage 3 of coronavirus restrictions, we’ll be ceasing all club gatherings and activities including training until the lockdown has lifted. We’ll take the advice of health officials and state government to ensure we’re acting in a safe and responsible manner during and coming out of this most recent lockdown. We encourage everyone to do their part and stay at home if you can.

18.01.2022 It’s been a tough 2020 for everyone, and while it was disappointing our season didn’t go ahead, we’re now back and busily preparing for the 2021 season. We have... some exciting events in the pipeline which we hope we will be able to share with you once things become clearer on when restrictions will start to ease. In the time being, we’ll be bringing you updates from around the league as clubs begin their preparations for 2021, NFL and College Football seasons kick off, and other State Leagues as they start their respective seasons. 14.01.2022 Gridiron Victoria wishes to advise that following the State Government announcements today that we have made the decision to cancel all 2020 seasons. The cancel...lation of these competitions is incredibly disappointing, however it was seen as the only viable decision and in the best interest of all clubs and participants. Gridiron Victoria understands the importance of the connection and friendship that community sport provides, and we encourage all clubs and participants to stay in contact with each other and support each other wherever they can. We will be looking into all options to play football in early 2021 and then continue with our normal scheduled season in August 2021.
