23.01.2022 Authentic Chinese food almost looks nothing like Aussie Chinese food. It varies tremendously by region: Sichuan cuisine is spicy, Shangdong cuisine is generally salty and crispy. As today's recommendation, I present the super authentic chicken dish, Kung Pao Chicken. Aka diced chicken breast with peanuts. You can find it at almost every Chinese restaurant but it's originally from Sichuan. The kung pao chicken @SeptemberHouse requires marination other than just cut it that makes the texture a bit darker than you see at other places. In fact, it enhances the taste after cooked with peanuts.
