25.01.2022 Abby is loyal, loving girl. She seeks reassurance and loves to be around you, one could say she is almost human. Her eyes tell a story. A highly intelligent dog who will not fetch the ball for you, yet she will still chase after light reflecting off your watch. She is obedient and just wishes to please. Abby will need a loving home who will have time for her. She loves her walks and is fantastic on a lead. She heels and remains by your side on a short lead. She sleeps inside... at night and goes between the outdoors and inside throughout the day. She is toilet trained and does enjoy going to bed by 8.30pm and if you are not all in bed yourselves, she will continually check on everyone until they do. Abby truly wants to be a part of it all and just loves to sit in the car with you. Her new furever family will be truly lucky with this lady as her heart is as big if not bigger than ours and all she wants is to be loved. 24.01.2022 Meet Winston, he is a beautiful happy puppy, Winston wakes up everyday and is so glad to be in a home and out of the pound that he just wants to kiss everyone he can, including his humans, his doggy foster brother and sister and even the cat.. he does tend to jump a little so will need lots of training as he is going to be a very large dog when he is grown up, he is learning to sit for his dinner and his toilet training is doing wonderful although he still forgets sometimes.... Winston loves to lounge around but also loves to wrestle with his big foster brother, he is super kind and gentle with his cat foster sister too. Winston is a very well behaved pup and loves to chew on his deer antlers or horns and loves his stuffed teddies too. He loves to sleep close to his humans, and likes to keep them in sight when they are home. He would really love to have another doggy friend at home or someone that is home more than not as he is scared of being left on his own. Winston would best be suited with children a little older as he may knock over real little ones by accident. He does tend to like to give lots of kisses and licks to every dog he meets so his new family will need to be mindful of this when introducing him to others. Winston is just a beautiful boy with a wonderful soul and a big long wagging tail that never stops and just needs a wonderful new forever family to call his own. 23.01.2022 Hi I’m Leroy. As you can see, I am a very handsome boy. My eyes have been melting all my foster mums friends hearts. My foster mum would like to tell you a bit about me, because I’m looking for my new furever home. ... Leroy is an absolute love bug. Attention is his biggest treat. Although he does love regular treats too. Leroy is still in training and learning his manners. He knows how to sit, lay down, wait for his food and can even take treats gently from little humans. He would really benefit from someone with experience and someone who will be dedicated to continue his training. He is suited to a family that is home more often as he just can’t get enough of them. Leroy loves to be by your side or cuddling you any chance he gets. Your lap is his favourite spot. Regardless of his size. So if you are relaxing on the couch, or laying in bed he would love to be there with you. Leroy needs to continue to practice his on leash manners, as he does pull. He has a healthy curiosity and switched on brain. So you will see he is always alert and looking around. Leroy is going to be an amazing companion and family dog for someone. 20.01.2022 Meet Bandit He maybe well and truely the sweetest Border Collie you will come across! He is honestly the most gentle and well mannered boy, that youll meet. He is great with other dogs and no problem with dog savvy children, however cats even though he has no desire to harm them but being his breed he will chase them. He is an energetic boy that loves to play fetch but also enjoys to cuddle up on the couch. An active family is a must for this boy!... 15.01.2022 Meet Roxie! When she came into care we were told she was pregnant and only had two weeks until she was due to pop. But after scans were done we found out it wasnt so. So now this girl is ready to find her forever home Roxie girl is such a spunk with so much energy and love to give! She is very smart and easy-going and would love to hang out with you all day. Roxie can be a bit selective with who she wants to be friends with in the doggie world but has happily lived with o...ther dogs. She adores kids of all ages! And if she hears a squeaky toy, shell do anything for it! She doesnt like to share her food with her doggie friends but will respect her humans if they touch it. Roxie makes a wonderful cuddle buddy or an even better exercise companion! 10.01.2022 Brandt is just a boy. A boisterous, boofhead of a boy who is really coming into his personality. He is loving and affectionate and can need reassurance at times. He can be startled easily and needs to be introduced slowly and calmly to others. He acts all tough however he is a big teddy bear and becoming extremely cheeky too. He is learning to sit when you ask him to, not just when he chooses to listen, will fetch the ball and play with you. Loves chewing his toys and has a s...oft spot for minions. He loves to be hanging outside through the day and sleeps inside at night. He is often early to bed. He has learnt quickly on a short lead to heel by your side when walking and to ignore neighbouring dogs when yapping at him. He loves his car rides and will love you unconditionally. Brandts new furever family will truly be lucky with this young man. 08.01.2022 Nova is not just pretty, she is also very smart. She knows her basic commands and loves chasing the ball. She hasnt quite mastered the retrieve part but shes having fun. Her idea owner would be an experienced dog owner, she needs to polish her manners to ensure she doesnt jump up. She is the size of a kelpie and runs just as fast. In excitement she would knock over small children, so older children preferred. She is dog friendly and will alert you if anyone is at the fence.... 01.01.2022 Hi, my names Poppee and Im the most loving cuddle bunny you ever seen. Im having a great time at my foster home learning new things and playing with my slightly larger brother. I am learning my manners and Im getting so good at waiting for my dinner to be put down. Id really love to sleep on ur bed, as my foster mum wont let me, but I still try! Im a bit shy until Ive sussed you out, but Im sure well be besties in to time. Im getting better at fetch with my brother...... hes better at bringing things back though and we love playing tug together. I have so much love to give that if my brother is getting attention, I sometimes sit on him to make sure I get my share too! Sometimes we have to mount an attack of love on my foster mum to remind her to feed us. Im good with being an inside/outside dog. Im getting really good at helping my foster mum with the chooks.
