Our goal for next 7-14 Days * Transition from previous management to the current * Have a discussion with Coaches and Parents in regards to going forward * Commence gap analysis and review finances and operations * Obtain contacts for facilities, concerned members, operators and others that are/were involved with the club. 14-28 Days * Finalise gap analysis of finances and operations * Create a draft 2021 vision and action plans and forward that to the members for review. 28-45 Days * Finalise 2021 Vision document and commence executing on action plans If you've got skills and time to contribute to the club please don't hesitate to put your hand up.
