11.01.2022 When I am doing an online/distant balance this is the space that I am working out of and I just love it. My super awesome hubby @sobba_k built me K-T (kinesiology tower) and it changed my life. Throughout a balance, I am referring to charts, a database of corrections, oils, books, cards etc, I am writing things down, chatting to my client on a video call and a whole lot more. K-T allows me to do those things with flow and ease and I just love her. Although I am unable to se...e clients face to face at the moment, setting up my space to work with clients is really important to me as a practitioner. I will test up what the space needs to allow myself and whoever I work or connect with on that day, to align with their soul and walk in the direction of their purpose. 04.01.2022 Hands up if you’re a Florence fan. Yep, me too. Her lyrics are deep and incredibly relatable and if you have seen her live, she is like an angel majestically moving across the stage. I just love her. I remember hearing, like really hearing, these lyrics for the first time. At the time I had a pretty big devil on my back. I was hunched over from the heaviness of it and a long way from my true self. This particular lyric, along with, ‘It’s always darkest before the dawn’ s...truck a chord with me. Instantly, I thought, hell yes, I can’t dance with this devil on my back, so I put that bugger down, turned up the volume and danced my way into the dawn. To keep that devil at bay, or to have the strength to get them off, I use many different things. Healing for me is an ongoing, daily practice and I’m not sure where I would be without it. Healing can come in many different forms and modalities. Mine include Kinesiology, music , meditation , yoga , the ocean, connecting with friends and family, helping others, nutrition, hanging with my little family and having a good time. Remember, just because something works for someone else, doesn’t necessarily mean it is the right fit for you. Find your groove that lights you up and keeps you dancing , because every single one of you deserves a lifetime of awesomeness. See more
