18.01.2022 I was fascinated by these little books in the 60s/70s. Some of the titles were so obscure, some so interesting to my younger self. They were on their own spinner rack at Kelly's Corner Store, I occasionally bought one then, and now I seem to have accumulated many of the Rigby Instant Books. They still have a hold on me. I suppose it's connections like this that make us collectors. I haven't found a spinner rack to house them yet but I'm looking.

18.01.2022 Serendipitous Ink has been rated by The Ellen MacArthur Foundation and Circulytics and Serendipitous Ink has proudly achieved a solid rating of 'A-'. Still plenty of work to do in progressing the Circular Economy Principles of Designing out waste and pollution, Keeping products and materials in use, & Regenerating natural systems. Serendipitous Ink aligns itself with these Circular Economy Principles. Oh, I forgot to add, The Ellen MacArthur Foundation does not endorse Serendipitous Ink and the Ellen MacArthur Foundation has not verified the information provided to it in generating the Circulytics score.

05.01.2022 First published in 1899 The Australasian Beekeeper magazine has been published continuously up to the present. Some photos of early 80s editions. I have about 25 editions, not a continous run. 30 per negotiable, postage included.

02.01.2022 1950s science fiction was far more speculative than scientific. Fine artwork on these 1950s Australian pulp science fiction digests and short stories, artist on many Stanley Pitt. Some of these small books are fairly worn but are very scarce now due to their ephemeral nature.
