25.01.2022 Following the instructions and guidelines provided by the Department of Health Tasmania and Worksafe, we have taken the following measures in our place to minimise the COVID-19 risks and keep people safe : 1. Clients and therapists have to sign a declaration form before the treatment about some signs, symptoms and travel history 2. Each of our treatment rooms is larger than 10m2, bigger than the 4m2 required by the government, and extra time between each client to allow us t...o disinfected the room and the therapist disinfects himself to ensure the safety of the customers 3. Our waiting area is 30m2, with 3 waiting spots, which are much bigger than the 4m2 per person required by the government, to ensure the safety of customers 4. We set up hand sanitiser stations at entry and reception for customers and our employees 5. Toilet will be cleaned & sprayed after each use. 6. All massage therapists and manicurists wear facemasks when provide services. 7. Eftpos will be disinfected after each use. (if possible, please use contactless pay 8. All our towels and hot stones are changed per customer and disinfected daily. Besides, as the disinfection of the treatment room takes some time, we recommend you make an appointment in advance to minimise your waiting time.
