18.01.2022 Santa 2020 After the year that was I had no idea what Santa photos would look like in 2020. We had very limited availability, a baby and a Santa who technically retired from the Santa role in 2018. What did happen was wonderful! Parnawarri was host to some of the best Santa photos we have done, we were able to provide everyone with a free 6x8" print immediately and we even snuck in an extra day of availability thanks to BHP coordinating some time away from the North Pole for ...Santa and his helpers. Thank you to the adults and kids of Newman for supporting our Santa visits this year, for supporting our local stores this Christmas and for bringing the kids (or sometimes yourselves) down for beautiful photos and memories. To the stores and volunteer groups who came down and promoted us, Thank you! Newman community has truly made us feel the love this Christmas! Thank you to Steph at Heart & Home WA for the decorating, not yelling at me when I came in and made suggestions and for supporting and encouraging behind the scenes each year from the very beginning. Thank you to Rox-Ann for taking this project on, for organising everything that I asked for, for making it run so smoothly the whole way through and providing support and encouragement constantly. And finally thank you to Mrs Claus who every year organises Santa, who makes it happen amongst everything she has going on. To retain anonymity she is completely behind the scenes but without her the Santa project would definitely not happen! And Santa.. I have said so many times that we have the best Santa in the world and that has been proven yet again. Despite wearing a suit that is definitely not designed for Newman conditions in December he genuinely cares about every individual child who visits. He'll sit on the floor and discuss the merits of different motorbikes or footy teams, performs almost acrobatic feats to hide from a nervous child and genuinely brings the magic to Santa every visit.
