She had a problem with her round beeswax pillar and was hoping we could help her. She sent in photos of her pillar (swipe to see before pictures). ... After discussing the importance of regularly trimming wicks and only burning the candles for the recommended time (for a classic pillar 3 hours), we fixed the pillar in her choice of design. A pure beeswax candle is always fixable. You spend good money purchasing one, don't throw it away if you have a problem with it. For a small fee, which is not expensive in comparison to what you purched the candle for, you can have it repaired.
