20.01.2022 Exciting! We begin our Term 4 on October 16 (Tuesday)! Term 4 is all about slow moving into summer. This is a very special transition time when it’s very important to nurture, heal and support yourself. The theme of the Term is to expand and deepen the experience of organic intertwining of breath and asana with the attitude of healing and revitalize. Great stuff! Looking forward to seeing you after the break!

18.01.2022 What a wonderful spring! We begin "Sergei Yoga" Term 4: 15 October (Tuesday) 21 December (Saturday). Awesome long mornings of yoga on Tuesday - postures and body alignment, Thursday and Saturday - joint mobility and body awareness. Meditation binds it all together and makes it magic, and after-class coffee brings it beyond the horizon! Looking forward to seeing you in the class! Or just come to our coffee after classes! Celebrate!

14.01.2022 Spring is on the way in Canberra and Yoga is what we need! We begin Term 3 on July the 24th, Tuesday. Looking forward to seeing you in the class!

12.01.2022 Wonderful and unusually warm winter so far! No wonder, we celebrated midwinter, spring is on the way! I hope all we had an awesome break! We continue winter classes with mild yet warming yoga to nourish our body and mind, to keep our immune system firm, to grow calm, relaxed and strong. Term 3 is 23 July (Tuesday) 28 September (Saturday), 2019; same place, same times. Looking forward to seeing you in the class! Or just come to our coffee after classes!

03.01.2022 What a privilege to practice and share yoga! Thank you everyone who went with us through a wonderful beginning of 2019. It has been really fantastic to have yoga together, such great energy! I hope you had a great break, had lots of eggs and bunnies! We begin our Term 2 on April the 30, Tuesday; same place, same times. After-class coffee is a must. It’s already next week! Can’t wait!
