11.01.2022 Hi, So Serpentine Rural received a couple of visitors at around 5am on Australia Day who were quite un-Australian in what they did. Has anyone seen our 'friends' who have suddenly acquired a ute load of new things including a compressor & kincrome generator? We'd love to have a chat with them. It was a white ute, single cab with 2 big spotties mounted on the roof. The headboard appears to be painted a dark colour. Any information will be appreciated.

07.01.2022 We begin a new day and a new week...and new restrictions. We are receiving a lot of inquiries from concerned customers regarding whether we are staying open and how we will operate so we would like to reassure everyone - YES we will continue to trade for our normal hours each day as an essential business. There is no shortage of stock and our trucks and other transport companies are exempt from border closures so there is absolutely no reason to panic or bulk buy. Please al...low us to do our job of stock management and turn over, that way everyone gets fresh product regularly. The health of our staff is our main priority and we need you guys, our customers, to be responsible also. If any of us become unwell it will get extremely hard for us to continue to meet your fur baby's needs. The social distancing rules and limiting of numbers inside will apply. We usually love how people gather and chat in our stores but unfortunately this will have to stop or can be done outside. We will work together according to our customers' needs and concerns. If you would prefer phone payment and collection of your order at the gates please let us know. If you would prefer to remain in your car please drive in close and call us for service. Things are changing at such a rapid rate it's hard to keep up. This is only Stage 1 so we're trying to prepare for what might follow and to have some strategies in place.
