25.01.2022 We now have the second week available. It is raining heavily up here at the moment, so the waterfalls and creeks will be sublime!!! It’s actually not overly busy up here. $200 a night. Book directly through us if you need a break. We all do, so if you are a regional Victorian , come on up. The businesses will really thank you. We have brought our car fridge up, it will be filled with bakery yummies to take home. Did you know you can buy cold pies, sausage rolls, and pastie...s? Spend up, they will thank you. See more

23.01.2022 The HG Community Association have made some local guides of where to see our wildflowers, and which ones are currently in flower. Updated in the last week. The cost is $2 per sheet, available at the VIC. Proceeds to the Botanic Garden.

We will need photo ID to prove you are from regional Victoria. The police are being strict so please, if you are from Melbourne, don’t book yet. Your time will come.

17.01.2022 I know this isn’t the Grampians I just wanted to share what I did today. This was my brothers birthday present from us. He turned 60! I also turned a big number this year so he wanted me to come too. This was through Geelong Helicopters. We did the aireys inlet tour. It was a 27 minute trip, which felt like so much longer!! If you are looking at a special gift for Christmas, please get on board. ... They really need us Aussies to help them out . We don’t want another fantastic business to go under. See more

04.01.2022 Supporting local businesses during covid and in general is what us Aussies are great at. So, after a few days in the gap we spent up at the bakery before we left. Please support these wonderful businesses in regional Victoria.... If you do plan to get an order from the bakery, you can order the day before. We are fortunate to be able to both spend $$$ and have the car fridge to bring it all home. Even just buying lunch at any of the local shops will help. Let’s help our fellow Aussies.
