19.01.2022 This fresh kitchen renovation is part of our recently completed project in Greenwood. We extended, modified and renovated the home by removing a wall to open up the existing kitchen and family area, creating a new kitchen and adding large sliding doors to allow ample natural light. The extension also incorporated a new garage, master bedroom, ensuite and walk in robe. Keep your eyes peeled for more photos!

03.01.2022 HOMEBUILDER $25K GRANT Will you be eligible for the Governments $25,000 HomeBuilder grant? PM Scott Morrison announced the new HomeBuilder grant to help Australians keep their home building or renovation dream alive.... What you need to know about the HomeBuilder $25,000 stimulus: Single applicants must be earning $125,000 or less. Couples must have a combined income of less than $200,000. The value of a home renovation project must be over $150,000 and up to a maximum of $750,000, existing home value cannot exceed $1.5m. The maximum value of an eligible new home building contract is $750,000. The incentive will be available for contracts entered into between 4 June 2020 and 31 December 2020 and must be done through a licensed builder. You must be aged 18 years or older, an Australian citizen and be an individual, not a company or trust. If you need some inspiration or guidance, we would love to help you with your renovation or new home.
