08.01.2022 They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old; Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn; At the going down of the sun, and in the morning; We will remember them.... Lest We Forget.

08.01.2022 On Monday and in to the early hours of Tuesday morning. Members of the Southern General Response Unit attended dozens of requests for assistance in the greater Hobart area. This was a mammoth task undertaken by a group highly trained and dedicated volunteers. Well done everybody involved not just in Hobart but all SES members around the state. Even though the rain has eased we urge everybody to please take care on the roads and be mindful of the conditions.
