19.01.2022 EVER WONDERED WHAT HAPPENS TO CONFISCATED HOON CARS? Ex hoon cars are being crushed this weekend as part of the Australasian Rescue Challenge, here in Gippsland... at Lardner Park. 18 teams of emergency workers from Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong are competing in simulated emergency scenarios this weekend. Paramedics, fire fighters, SES and police workers join with actors and make-up crews to get it all happening. There is 100 litres of fake blood being used during the challenge. Evidence of best practise is collected to inform future rescue and emergency work.
