18.01.2022 Do you know when to call VICSES for assistance during a flood or storm? Here's our easy to follow guide.

17.01.2022 One year today we lost two very dedicated college’s who will always be remembered and was a pleasure to work with them both

13.01.2022 During these challenging times, our volunteers are still responding 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours day, to keep our communities safe

13.01.2022 With 2020 being such a challenging year for so many reasons, this year more than ever that simple question #RUOK? is more important than ever. To our @vicsesnews & #WeWorkAsOne colleagues we’re always there to help, so let’s make sure we help each other & ask #RUOK? See:ruok.org.au/triple-ok

12.01.2022 This evening we supported SES Camperdown Unit at road rescue on the cnr of Camperdown-Cobden Road and County boundary Road. Where two vehicles had collided, We worked along side Ambulance Victoria to free the three trapped occupants from the one car.. Great work from all agencies on scene, wishing everyone a speedy recovery. Camperdown SES Camperdown Fire Brigade... Bostocks Creek CFA Cobrico CFA Victoria Police #WeWorkAsOne

10.01.2022 Busy day for the unit today with two calls for assistance first was to back SES Cobden Unit up at a rescue where a person's foot was stuck under a heavy object ...the person was able to be freeed without our help and the second was to tarp a house roof after a fire earlier in the day. Its also disappointing to hear while Camperdown Fire Brigade and other local brigades were attending to the fire that most cars driving past decided to drive thru the road closure signs that had been put up and also tried to pass thru the fire scene. The signs were put up not just for the firefighters safety but yours as well..

08.01.2022 Tonight our members attended a RCR job with a great outcome , Thanks to all members

04.01.2022 Our thoughts are with the officers and their families and those impacted by tonight's tragedy.

04.01.2022 It can take as little as 15 centimetres of water for a vehicle to float. That’s the size of an average pen! Never drive on flooded roads.

02.01.2022 With the prediction of a wetter than average spring, we’re getting ready for floods and you can too! There are some simple steps to help you get started. Download the VicEmergency App and set a watch zone for where you live. You can set up more than one watch zone so you can also set a watch zone for where your loved ones live, especially vulnerable family members such as elderly parents.

02.01.2022 Due to the nature of COVID-19, in recent times we’d taken a break from face-to-face skills maintenance and training to focus only on responding to emergencies. From this week, you might see us back out training in small groups to ensure we have the essential skills and capability required to respond. Emergency services are permitted to undertake this training, as endorsed by the Victorian Chief Health Officer.... Our crews are following all the COVIDSafe principles, wearing masks and working hard to ensure we are there for our community. Thank you

01.01.2022 Our members attended a RCR this evening with a great outcome. Thanks to all members who attended
